Job Description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering is required
• At least a year of relevant work experience
• Can understand and determine Electrical and/or Electronics component specifications
• Can read and understand component datasheet and/or specification sheet
• Able to read and interpret electrical and/or electronics symbols and diagrams
• Have knowledge in basic electrical computation (Ohms law at least)
• Have knowledge in interpreting/decoding passive and active components
• Has knowledge and experience in basic computer operation and Microsoft Office tools
• Registered Master Electrician (PRC) is a big plus but not required
• Great interpersonal, excellent collaboration and English communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Attend to, analyze, scrutinize and fulfill requests/tickets for component creation correctly
• Search for component existence in the system through manipulation of code and part numbers
• Create company standard component code for the component request
• Find and fill in component specifications per created component code
• Provide alternative or generic component code
• Provide consultation about the requested component
• Search for component datasheet and availability online
• Ensure that requests are finished and delivered on time
• Raise concerns or issues regarding requests in a timely manner
• Work as part of a team to accomplish support tickets
• Attend daily standup meetings with local colleagues
• Coordinate with clients or counterparts as needed
• Attend weekly meetings with Spanish counterparts
• Report working on the required work hours
