Electrical Engineer ($4000 $5000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$5K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- To review tender requirements and prepare cost estimation
- To take off all equipment and materials qty accurately and prepare detail bill of quantities.
- To prepare quotation and other necessary documents for tender submission.
- To source, review and negotiate cost with vendors.
- To prepare technical & productivity write-ups for tender submission.
- To plan resources including manpower, plant & equipment during tender stage.
- To plan for construction sequence & prepare master program during tender stage.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Competence in Microsoft Excel/Project/CAD/BIM is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
