To coordinate and execute major field maintenance works with no compromise to the safety of workers and integrity of facilities. To liaise with internal and external business units on maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of maintenance works and no disruption to plant operations. To carry out engineering study and modification of electrical facilities according to the technical specifications and business requirements. To conduct and arrange training for Electrical Supervisors to enhance their skill and competency levels. To implement management systems based on standards stipulated under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Minimum 3 years of working experience in plant electrical facilities maintenance Basic knowledge of the programmable logic controllers (PLC) and human-machine interfaces (HMI) will have an added advantage Essential prerequisites include good analytical & problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate with staff in different functions & contractors, and a strong spirit of collaboration & teamwork.
