This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with a degree in Electrical Engineering, majoring in Power/Energy Modules.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Management: Oversee maintenance and instrumentation activities in manufacturing plants to ensure safe and smooth operations.
• Execution Excellence: Coordinate and execute major field maintenance projects, prioritizing worker safety and facility integrity.
• Effective Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to plant operations.
• Innovation: Conduct instrumentation application studies and modify plant facilities to align with technical specifications and business requirements.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for staff and contractors to enhance their skills and competencies.
• Quality Assurance: Implement management systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506 standards.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power/Energy Modules.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and human-machine interfaces (HMI) is advantageous
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with staff across different functions and contractors. A spirit of collaboration and teamwork is essential.
