Oversee the entire electrical scope of HDB projects from tender award to final handover.
Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
Resolve technical clashes in coordination with architects, engineers, and M&E teams.
Prepare and submit technical submissions to HDB and relevant authorities (e.g., BCA, LTA, SP PowerGrid).
Supervise and lead on-site teams, ensuring proper installation of electrical systems.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Ensure smooth handover of systems to HDB and Town Council.
Process progress claims and sub-contractor payments.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation according to HDB requirements.
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
1-3 years of experience in Electrical Project Engineering with completed HDB projects.
Strong knowledge of HDB's procedures, standards, and submission requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
