Maintain production facilities and utilities, aiming to reduce Unplanned Loss (UL) and Scheduled Loss (SL) to meet site targets for plant availability at optimized maintenance costs.
Oversee the selection, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) equipment.
Contribute to small CAPEX projects, Management of Change, and improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Ensure production plant and utilities equipment meet performance and availability targets.
Optimize Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Repairs, and Condition Monitoring for E&I equipment, emphasizing Reliability-centered Maintenance.
Conduct reliability and root cause failure analyses.
Manage spare part inventory and availability.
Train and develop in-house contractors and E&I team.
Coordinate with external agencies for regulatory works and license renewals.
Perform annual contractor performance reviews.
Provide E&I advice and support, including specifications, design, and safety instrumented systems.
Support operational technology systems such as DCS.
Align work processes with Corporate Guidelines and maintain discipline-related documentation for audits.
Uphold EHS responsibilities, including safety management, risk assessments, and adherence to Management of Change procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Minimum of 1 year experience in the petrochemical industry or related fields.
Preferred experience with CMMS, electrical equipment or instrumentation maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting, and purchasing processes.
Interest in digitalizing work processes.
Enthusiasm for learning, self-development, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Availability for emergency standby after working hours.
Willingness to work on Jurong Island.
