We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on

Electrical Manager

to lead and manage complex electrical engineering works for a critical infrastructure project. If you're an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) with a deep understanding of electrical systems--especially in data center or institutional projects--you'll thrive in this pivotal leadership role.


Your contributions will directly influence project success, safety, and seamless operation of high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver work on time and to standard Resolve technical and operational site issues across all parties Coordinate with main contractors, attend site meetings, and plan workflows for site execution Oversee weekly work schedules in alignment with the master project timeline Enforce strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and bill of quantities (BOQ) Review and check electrical engineering documents--single-line diagrams, equipment specs, testing, commissioning, and handover plans Understand and manage SCADA systems for M&E equipment migration, replacement, and troubleshooting Lead interface review meetings, ensuring seamless coordination between all project stakeholders Identify potential issues early--budget overruns, system conflicts, and critical path challenges Collaborate with internal and specialist teams to align on control logic and system integration

Requirements:

Registered Professional Engineer (Electrical)

with

PEB Singapore

-- mandatory*

10 years of experience

in managing M&E or MEP systems operations Solid technical knowledge in

data center electrical and mechanical systems

, including:

Transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems


ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units


Chillers, CRAC, air-handling units, etc.

Familiarity with People's Association (PA) projects

is highly advantageous
