Salary Package:
Up to $8,500 + Incentives + Variable Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of electrical construction projects, from planning to execution and final delivery.
Support the Director in defining project scope, objectives, and technical requirements related to electrical systems.
Develop comprehensive project plans detailing schedules, budget forecasts, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to monitor progress against key milestones.
Coordinate daily activities, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure smooth workflow across all project phases.
Supervise subcontractors, site supervisors, and workforce performance.
Ensure all site activities comply with relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct safety assessments and proactively address potential hazards to maintain a secure work environment.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders (including clients, internal teams, and senior leadership) on project progress, risks, and achievements.
Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or quality issues.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure prompt resolution of technical or execution-related challenges.
Prepare and maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
Job Requirements:
Holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering and site execution.
Solid knowledge of electrical systems, relevant codes, and regulatory standards.
Experienced with LV switchgear, distribution boards, cable containment systems, cable sizing, lighting fixtures, and interpreting single-line diagrams.
Skilled in using project management tools for planning and tracking.
Proficient in AutoCAD for electrical design and layout drafting.
