Our client is an integrated one-stop provider of M&E services such as extra low voltage ("ELV"), low voltage ("LV") and high voltage ("HV") electrical systems; air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation ("ACMV") systems; and fire protection ("FP") systems.

What you'll be doing?

-------------------------

Team Leadership

: Manage a diverse team of supervisors, workers, sub-contractors, and vendors to execute projects within given timeframes.

Problem Solving

: Resolve site issues by collaborating with various stakeholders, including supervisors, sub-contractors, vendors, and main contractors.

Project Coordination

: Coordinate site works, workflows, and inspections with main contractors' representatives, attending site coordination meetings.

Strategic Planning

: Plan, implement, and monitor weekly work activities with supervisors, ensuring alignment with the master schedule.

Quality Control

: Monitor work progress, productivity, quality, and material usage to meet targeted schedules and standards.

Safety Compliance

: Enforce and monitor adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations for all team members and sub-contractors.

Technical Documentation

: Prepare shop drawings, 'AS-Built' drawings, and Materials Bill of Quantities for projects.

Timely Submissions

: Track and ensure timely submission of all required drawings and materials.

Conflict Resolution

: Coordinate with main contractors and third parties on Combined Services Drawing (CSD) to resolve any clashes prior to construction.

Safety Engagement

: Attend all Tools Box meetings and safety meetings to promote a culture of safety.

Testing & Commissioning

: Implement and oversee Testing & Commissioning plans for project completion.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background

: Hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, with candidates of all experience levels encouraged to apply.

Industry Experience

: While 5 years of experience is preferred, we welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of expertise.

Design Expertise

: Experience in MEP design would be advantageous but is not essential.

Personal Qualities

: Demonstrate teamwork, perseverance, diligence, integrity, and initiative in your approach to work.
