Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project completion within the given timeframe.
Resolve site issues in collaboration with supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate site works, workflows, and inspections with EPC contractors, including attending site coordination meetings.
Plan, implement, and monitor weekly work activities in alignment with the project's master schedule.
Monitor work progress, productivity, quality, and material usage to meet project timelines and standards.
Enforce compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations on-site.
Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material bills of quantities (BOQ) for the project.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Power Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical & instrumentation contracting, project management, and tendering.
Strong technical knowledge of BMS, ELV, HT & LT cabling, testing & commissioning.
Familiarity with Singapore regulations, codes of practice, and workplace safety standards.
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
* PMP certification or ISO-related training will be advantageous.
