Job overviewTo provide support to the Dynamic Positioning business lines in the region and globally. Managing related projects using professional experience and basic principles.Responsibilities: Take part in technical and procedural reviews and marine study reports covering marine and offshore projects as well as site attendance Contribute to the continual development of the Dynamic Positioning business lines Undertaking Dynamic Positioning Assurance/Technical Projects Assist with preparation of tenders and proposals for Dynamic Positioning Services and other related offshore projects Ensure all operations are conducted in full compliance with approved instructions, procedures and policies Assist and/or lead projects (as assigned by the manager) to accomplish the overall delivery of optimum solutions to customers within the timeframe, costs and quality standards established by ABL and/or the Client Responsible for delivery of quality documents within a timeline established by management and client Liaise with clients to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction And other duties as assignedRequirements: Electrical/Electronic Engineering Degree qualified or equivalent or seagoing Electrical Qualifications Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience with at least 3 years technical experience with the offshore/marine sector Preferably IMCA Accredited Demonstrate working knowledge of Dynamic Positioning, Diving, Marine and Electrical Engineering systems and equipment Exposure to Dynamic Positioning audits/trials and ASOGs Good understanding of Dynamic Positioning and Electrical Engineering philosophies Able to translate thoughts into well written documents Technically and commercially astute Ability to establish effective working relationship with clients High level of competency in written English for the production of complex technical reports and appraisals Strong people and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, energetic and engaging Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team Excellent presentation skills Primarily office based but requirement for onsite (offshore) attendance and time with clients Flexibility towards working hoursInterested applicants, please send in your detailed resume indicating current/expected salary.
