EDGE Programme (Engineering Development for Graduates) - a comprehensive and well-rounded programme with key professional development milestones and structured career progression path. Through customised structured development programme varying from classroom, online and on-the-job training, your learning process will be accelerated as a new engineer. Support will be provided to those aspiring to pursue Professional Engineer certification.

What You'll Do

:

Lead and manage a team of officers for daily operations and maintenance work Perform site management and supervision of contractors, and staff Liaise with consultants, agencies, and vendors to execute work assignments Plan, implement and manage comprehensive projects, such as project budget, timeline, logistics and risk Provide advice and attend to customers' feedback Formulate and review work procedures and practices May need to standby to response to incidents after office hours

What You'll Need:

Current final year Engineering undergraduates who:
Possess good academic results with excellent co-curricular records Have good oral and written communication skills Work well in a team and demonstrate positive working attitude and the ability to handle tight deadlines Exhibit strong leadership qualities Aspire to build a career in the energy industry
