Key Responsibilities:
Perform and supervise
installation, testing, and maintenance of LV electrical systems
.
Ensure compliance with
EMA regulations
,
SS 638
, and
WSH standards
.
Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Prepare and maintain testing records and electrical documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
Support SP applications for electrical supply where required.
Requirements:
Valid
Grade 3 LEW licence
(certified by
EMA Singapore
).
Minimum
2 years of relevant hands-on experience
in electrical works or facilities maintenance.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice (e.g. SS 638).
Ability to read electrical drawings (SLDs) and perform site inspections.
Independent, reliable, and safety-conscious.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage.
