Job Description

The Electronics Banking Operations Product Specialist is responsible for day-to-day product settlement and support, including exception monitoring and resolution of reconciliation outages within the stipulated time frame set. The candidate will also participate and represent the team in new product onboarding projects/ enhancements/ UAT, as required.
Responsibilities

• Ensure that all daily product settlement/ exception monitoring/ fund reporting are performed within agreed SLA/ cutoff time.
• Perform daily exception monitoring and investigation of GL outages. Work with BU and IT to ensure exceptions/GL outages are investigated and resolved promptly.
• Participate and represent the team in new product onboarding projects/ enhancements/ UAT as and when required.
• Perform maintenance activities, such as setup of IPO/ Rights for ATMs, billing organisation,etc .
• To participate in team huddle sessions (on rotation basis) sharing on operational process lapses/gaps, the related root causes and implementation plans; raise any other changes/issues which may impact daily operations etc with objective to drive quality and cohesiveness.
