Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise and support for the sale and application of our specialized elevator and lift products Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions Conduct site surveys, system design, and project management for elevator and lift installations Liaise with customers, engineers, and technicians to ensure successful project delivery Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on installed equipment Contribute to the development of new products and services Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and technological advancements

Requirements:

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems related to elevator operation Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills for data entry and system management Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work in confined spaces * Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols
