About you

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and inspecting elevators and escalators. You will also ensure the safe and efficient operation of these systems, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as a commitment to safety and precision in their work. This position reports to the Service Engineer for Singapore.

Your key responsibilities

Responsible for carry out servicing of elevators, escalators and mechanical-parking systems that includes checking, oiling, greasing, mechanical adjustment, trouble-shooting, testing of safety devices, inspection and parts recommendation and replacement, in accordance to code of practice.

Demonstrate understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures and comply accordingly on the job.

Attend to breakdown maintenance calls at various job sites.

Support Service Operations Team to achieve department objectives on service sales targets and service quality standards.

Your Requirements:

Diploma, Higher Nitec or Nitec level.

Relevant work experiences on service and maintenance of elevators and escalators will be an advantage but not a must.

Team player and willing to learn on the job.

Candidates who possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license will be advantageous.
