Elite US Firm is looking for an Associate with experience in major projects and infrastructure, particularly in the oil and gas, LNG, petrochemicals and/or hydrogen sectors to join the Project Development and Finance practice in the firm\'s Singapore office.

Candidate requirements
- Admission in Australia, England & Wales, Hong Kong, Singapore or US
- 2-4 years experience
- Experience in Major Projects and Infrastructure, particularly in the oil and gas, LNG, petrochemicals and/or hydrogen sectors
- Experience advising developers, equity investors, suppliers, offtakers and financiers
- Experience in cross-border project development and finance transactions will be preferred
- Experience managing a substantial amount of contractual work, drafting and negotiating commercial documents, particularly agreements for the supply and offtake of energy products
