What are we looking for: MultiplyMii, a premium Recruitment & HR services company is growing FAST and we are currently looking for an Email Marketing Specialist (MarCom) who desires to be part of an exciting organization that rewards and appreciates its team members. This position is long term and we are looking for someone with in-depth experience in email marketing strategy and online communications automation.As an Email Marketing Specialist (MarCom), you will be responsible for leading the execution of all CRM communications including email, chat, and any channel you will find to be smart and impactful on our client segments of Multiplymii's portfolio. The position will develop and manage both outbound and inbound marketing communications strategies with a focus on client retention as well as acquisition.You will own the ideation, development, and execution of different content communications and creation of segmentation for targeting and optimizing the brand awareness, client satisfaction, and company revenue. You will also work closely with our Marketing Projects & Operations Manager to fulfill and execute all the above.Ultimately, you should be able to deliver best-in-class email marketing campaigns that will enhance our consumer engagement, turning prospects and leads into buyers and advocates through personalized and relevant communications.You will be expected to monitor, measure, analyze, gain insights and recommend advanced strategies in order to optimize the initiative.Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in a written and verbal form as well as being comfortable on video with internal team members.This role is 100% remote work.In this role you will:

• Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with brand direction and cooperation with other departmental teams.
• Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with our company's business goals and objectives.
• Build email automation for lead/prospect nurturing, pre & post-sale flows, and other educational collateral around the customer journey.
• You will own the newsletter initiative and will be expected to come up with additional touch-point ideas.
• Maximize brand value through the development of ancillary revenue streams and new opportunities.
• Ensure all services and other offerings are covered and targeted to relevant segments.
• Work with creative staff and other departments to support their needs.

About You:

• Proven hands-on work experience as an Email Marketing Manager (or similar) for at least 3 years.
• Proficient in developing, executing, and measuring email flows for various segments along the customer journey.
• Have experience with demand-generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel.
• The ability to write clear and concise content briefs and requests.
• Technical competence and understanding of digital marketing and communications systems such as - Intercom Chat, HubSpot Marketing Hub (Must), Google Analytics, BI tools, ClickUp (or similar), and excel.
• High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and have the ability to conceive and initiate the process by yourself - Must
• Highly comfortable with learning complex & difficult understanding topics
• Ability to handle constructive feedback and take responsibility for
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Full fluency in English)
