D5 is widely used in architecture, landscape, interior design, urban planning, and other fields, empowering design and visual storytelling, bringing an enjoyable and efficient 3D creative experience to everyone.The RoleAs an EDM (Email Direct Marketing) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding brand awareness and driving user growth through effective email campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute automated email marketing strategies, nurturing and cleansing leads to provide qualified prospects for the sales team.Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase user acquisition.
• Create engaging and effective email campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Segment and target email lists based on user demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to create compelling email content and visuals.
• Use marketing automation tools to set up and manage email workflows, ensuring timely and personalized delivery of emails.
• Continuously optimize email campaigns through A/B testing, analyzing key metrics, and implementing improvements.
• Monitor and maintain email deliverability, ensuring compliance with anti-spam regulations and best practices.
• Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for email campaign optimization.
• Manage lead nurturing programs, including lead scoring, segmentation, and drip campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria and provide them with high-quality, sales-ready leads.
• Regularly clean and update the email database to maintain data accuracy and improve campaign performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to email marketing.

• You possess a degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• You have at least 3 years experience ideally in Content Marketing or Digital Marketing within Real Estate and IT industry.
• Demonstrated experience working with large and complex data sets as well as experience analyzing volumes of data.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• You have working knowledge of BODS and RDBMS
• Experience within would be a strong advantage.
