About the role: We are seeking an Employee Experience Partner to join our global People team. Reporting directly to the Director of Employee Experience, your focus will be to make sure our employees feel supported and empowered to thrive in their work and their lives at Forter from day one. You will manage Employee Experience initiatives across APAC, including onboarding, offboarding, workplace culture, recognition programs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our APAC team is based in office or remotely across Singapore, China, Japan, and Australia. What you'll be doing: Employee Experience Own all employees experience projects and events - cultivating an inclusive, cross-region community and culture through producing engaging and fun online or face-to-face team activities, celebrating milestones, regional swag and gifts, and training Design and oversee the strategy for both in-person and virtual employee events - social, business, and volunteering focused Support diversity, equity and inclusion projects across the company, including Employee Resources Groups (regional and global), recognition of global holidays, wellness (physical and mental), and professional development and training Take over responsibility for ensuring a uniform and effective onboarding process for new employees across varied teams and countries in the APAC region Facilities Management Managing our offices across APAC to ensure they meet and exceed the needs of our employees and our growth Manage operational projects related to our existing or future office spaces - working with vendors, contractors, architects, etc Global HR Initiatives Partnering with our HR team to survey our employees, review data and results, and drive any changes/initiatives to drive employee engagement. Support HR Business Partners with employee relations and act as the point of contact for operational HR issues and support throughout the employee lifecycle What you'll need: 3+ years working as an HR Generalist, employee experience, or office management position Track record of designing and implementing events and programs end to end - ideally focused around collaboration, wellness, cultural celebrations, diversity and inclusion, and professional development Supported growth in multi-geographical locations across APAC in a matrix-managed environment with an understanding of region specific best practices and culture differences. Ideally across Singapore, China, Japan, and Australia Champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle Action-oriented problem solver who is resourceful and focused on continuous development and improvement Experience with Excel and the ability to use data to identify meaningful insight Mandarin proficiency is highly beneficial Life as a Forterian: We are a team of over 500 Forterians spread across 3 different continents.
