Some of the key responsibilities will include

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on a wide range of employment-related matters
• Stay up-to-date with local and international employment laws, regulations, and industry trends
• Advise management, HR, and other departments on employment law implications and compliance requirements
• Assist in maintaining internal policies, procedures, and contracts in line with employment laws
• Prepare employment templates, agreements, and maintain staff handbook & policy
• Assist in investigations and resolution of employment disputes and claims
• Work with external counsels if necessary

• Qualified solicitor 5PQE+
• With at least 3 years of relevant employment legal experience
• Good knowledge of Singaporean employment laws and regulations, with an understanding of international employment law principles
• Prior in-house/financial services experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency in English; Singaporean/Singapore PR holder is a MUST
