Job Description
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on a wide range of employment-related matters
- Stay up-to-date with local and international employment laws, regulations, and industry trends
- Advise management, HR, and other departments on employment law implications and compliance requirements
- Assist in maintaining internal policies, procedures, and contracts in line with employment laws
- Prepare employment templates, agreements, and maintain staff handbook & policy
- Assist in investigations and resolution of employment disputes and claims
- Work with external counsels if necessary
- Qualified solicitor 5PQE+
- With at least 3 years of relevant employment legal experience
- Good knowledge of Singaporean employment laws and regulations, with an understanding of international employment law principles
- Prior in-house/financial services experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency in English; Singaporean/Singapore PR holder is a MUST
