Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on a wide range of employment-related matters
Stay up-to-date with local and international employment laws, regulations, and industry trends
Advise management, HR, and other departments on employment law implications and compliance requirements
Assist in maintaining internal policies, procedures, and contracts in line with employment laws
Prepare employment templates, agreements, and maintain staff handbook & policy
Assist in investigations and resolution of employment disputes and claims
Work with external counsels if necessary
To be eligible for this role you will require:
Qualified solicitor 5PQE+
With at least 3 years of relevant employment legal experience
Good knowledge of Singaporean employment laws and regulations, with an understanding of international employment law principles
Prior in-house/financial services experience is highly preferred
Proficiency in English; Singaporean/Singapore PR holder is a MUST
