What you will be working on:

As an MOM\'s Operations and Enforcement Officer, you will plan, execute and enforce policies and the law. You will be trained with knowledge of laws, operating procedures and various Acts administered by MOM to conduct investigation and perform enforcement tasks as well as resolving disputes even when no offences have been committed. You will be required to conduct inspections at workplaces and dormitories as part of your work. In addition, you will have to respond to customer queries on foreign manpower management and complaints. At MOM, you will have the opportunities to build expertise through cross divisional postings within MOM to grow yourself professionally in the enforcement role.

What we are looking for:

You should have: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong investigative acumen to analyse various aspects of a case and deal with the root of the problem \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills and conceptual abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective written and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good customer management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Be prepared for ad-hoc night/weekend duties when there is an organizational need It will be an advantage if you have: \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in enforcement and investigation \xe2\x80\xa2 A valid Class 3/3A driving license
