You will be responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of our EUCD project, a pilot project for an internet-centric platform.
The successful candidates will work with the infrastructure team and vendor to ensure the smooth running of the platform, troubleshoot any issues and liaise with other engineers working on network, system, and server. In addition, you will provide desk-side support, general network support, and work with the team on network connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire platform day-to-day operations, including configuration, troubleshooting, desktop side, endpoint, platform in cloud, and network connectivity.
Provide desk-side support, general network support, and work with others on network, system, and server issues.
Liaise with the vendor (product principal - cloud service provider) to ensure smooth operations of the platform.
Ensure the platform is running optimally and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Collaborate with the infrastructure team to ensure network connectivity and work with other engineers on network-related issues.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Document and communicate any changes or updates to the platform to the relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in EUC support / Desktop support
Experience in managing day-to-day operations of an internet-centric platform.
Strong experience in network connectivity, troubleshooting, and general network support.
Experience with firewalls and desktop support.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience working with cloud service providers is a plus.
