Job Description

One of the world's most trusted facilities management companies providing diversified services which include maintenance and engineering, technical procurement and support, cleaning and ancillary services across retail, residential and commercial markets.

Responsibilities:

• To conduct equipment survey at our partner premises. This includes obtaining the technical data, dimension, quantity of equipment including lights, fridges, and plant room equipment and hand-sketching of premise layout.
• Collecting accurate data and information of lights, fans, fridge, refrigeration compressor and control panel. This includes technical specification, quantity, dimension and the layout etc
• Uploading the data onto the cloud platform using provided survey apps
• Sketch the layout for each visited premises/outlet
• Ensure all the surveyed data are correct and accurate
• Visiting all the premises/outlet that needs to be surveyed
• Installing new or replacing existing equipment such as lights, fridge shelves and refrigeration compressor controller.

Requirements:

• Background in Electrical or Energy Efficiency Certificate, Building Services or Maintenance
• Possess hands on working experience related to electrical equipment such as lights, air conditioning and refrigeration will be ad added advantage
• Have technical knowledge of light for example wattage, amps, types of light, colour and etc.
• knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment will be considered advantage but not a must.
• Able to start work within short notice (Retirees are welcome to apply)

Others:

• 5 days' work week
• Basic salary + Transport allowance & OT
• 6 months contract, with option to convert to permanent position
