Responsible for the development, implementation and communication of employee recognition and reward programs, meetings and events to help drive call center performance, customer satisfaction and agent engagement
Partners with call center leadership to develop and implement effective site recognition events that align with and support the employee recognition goals determined by account level standards
Ensures recognition events and initiatives are streamlined and meet the changing needs of the business and the needs of the client account expectations
Recognition programs/events planning may include, but are not limited to: Agent attendance incentives, birthday recognitions, service anniversary recognitions, Star Performer recognition, Thank you cards, team recognition, site campaigns, summer picnics, holiday events, leadership meetings, annual executive offsite meetings, lunch-n-learns
May manage the call center recognition budget and uses available budget effectively to order items that may include, but not limited to: prizes, awards, food/beverages, T-shirts, balloons, decorations, gift cards and other appropriate recognition items
Coordinates with Procurement on vendor management
Develops communication materials for call center recognition/events activities
Provides feedback to site leadership regarding the effectiveness of programs in meeting company and call center objectives
