Job Description

  • Responsible for the development, implementation and communication of employee recognition and reward programs, meetings and events to help drive call center performance, customer satisfaction and agent engagement
  • Partners with call center leadership to develop and implement effective site recognition events that align with and support the employee recognition goals determined by account level standards
  • Ensures recognition events and initiatives are streamlined and meet the changing needs of the business and the needs of the client account expectations
  • Recognition programs/events planning may include, but are not limited to: Agent attendance incentives, birthday recognitions, service anniversary recognitions, Star Performer recognition, Thank you cards, team recognition, site campaigns, summer picnics, holiday events, leadership meetings, annual executive offsite meetings, lunch-n-learns
  • May manage the call center recognition budget and uses available budget effectively to order items that may include, but not limited to: prizes, awards, food/beverages, T-shirts, balloons, decorations, gift cards and other appropriate recognition items
  • Coordinates with Procurement on vendor management
  • Develops communication materials for call center recognition/events activities
  • Provides feedback to site leadership regarding the effectiveness of programs in meeting company and call center objectives
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php20,000.00 - Php39,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
