About the Role As one of our Engagement Managers, you will be responsible for understanding clients' needs, jobs that they do, goals they desire to achieve, and challenges that slow their progress. You will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of recruiters who are supporting our clients in bespoke engagements. You will analyze data, identify process issues, and develop strategies and plans that deliver results. All this in collaboration with the recruiting team and your cross functional partners to jointly deliver the right solutions. This role requires strategic though leadership, influencing without authority, and an ability to execute.

This is a 100% work-from-home position, open only to candidates who currently reside in Singapore.

You Will:

  • Support client relationships: listen, understand, and articulate client needs
  • Interface with clients and develop strong partnerships
  • Proven ability to create and deliver recruiting process improvements
  • Experience managing cross functional recruiting teams and influencing leadership on a global basis
  • Genuine curiosity and knowledge
  • Understand and excel in a matrix management environment
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well in a cross-functional, geographically distributed environment
  • Ability to be flexible with a positive attitude and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to track and execute on complex global recruiting projects
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting business processes and related technologies
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical and non-technical team members alike
  • Accountable for designing and delivering to client, accurate and validated SLA's, monthly and quarterly performance metrics
  • Review and approval of the delivery teams KPIs for performance and variable compensation (performance- related bonuses)
  • Lead the delivery of client and internal monthly and/or quarterly business reviews.

You Have:

  • 3+ years experience supporting client engagements or consulting client engagements for internal/external customers
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Experience working in Staffing and/or Recruiting
  • At least 4 years or proven experience of managing recruitment teams delivering against SLAs, forecasts and budgets
  • Significant experience of managing senior client relationships
  • Experience of working with distributed teams
  • Experience communicating thru multiple mediums to a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience around analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to utilize data to make recommendations based on analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to consult with clients on how to effectively use data to achieve business objectives
