Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist onsite workers in machine move-in, uncrating, parts assembly, lifting, mounting, wiring and commissioning of automated delivery systems
2. Perform equipment testing and robot teaching for ideal goods placement and movement
3. Perform troubleshooting for hardware and PLC related issues during testing
4. Duty on-call by customer and on-site support for critical machine issues
5. Periodic aftersales inspection maintenance on customer site for robotic equipment
6. Assist on designing technical reports for sales pitch to potential customers
7. Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate Supervisor as and when necessary
