JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Function/Primary Goals/Objectives:

• Manages the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
• Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.
• Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the engineer department.
• Oversees the coordination of communication services and engineering expansion.
• Support Plant EHS and quality initiatives and target.
• Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
• Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
• Responsible for developing budgets and long-range plans based on company growth and future automation and control areas maintenance needs.

\xe2\x80\x8bMajor Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) and the troubleshooting/ investigation support of plant Manufacturing Control System in Wet and Dry Process, Dry Blending and Packaging Areas in compliance with the Site Safety and GMP procedures in 12-hrs rotating shift.
• Responsible to support any system projects being executed internally or by vendors.
• Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.
• Lead in continuous improvement efforts/ projects and responsible for support and execution of automation qualification such as FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Validation, CCA, VCR, IQ, etc.
• Responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures, implementing of maintenance program for the Manufacturing Control Systems.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Skills/Experience Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/ Food/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Plant or Automation industry or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong in planning and supervisory.
• High computer literary.
• Ability to organize, motivate and develop team members.
