Able to work in a flexible, dynamic, fast growing ADG organization which serves customers across the globe and in key markets.
Candidate will be part of ADG Division, Central Operations Team, in Singapore and will need to collaborate with Front End Fabs in Singapore & Europe, Back End Plants, OSAT\'s and Division Product Engineering Teams in Europe & Asia.
Candidate will have to be highly motivated and able to work with colleagues in different countries and collaborate to improve cost, quality & service for ADG Business needs.

Profile

Bachelor\'s degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science/Engineering
Familiar &/or having knowledge of Wafer Fab operations, process flows, parametric (T84) & electrical wafer testing (EWS)
Knowledge in DoE, FMEA, SPC & 8D
Ability to work/lead cross functional team\'s
