They are actively looking for Engineer for their Custom Our Client: Our client is a German chemical company. The company's primary business is the manufacturing and distribution of atmospheric gases. They are actively looking for Engineer for their Customer Engineering Services team. The Responsibilities: Support sales with clarification/presentation during the customer retention phase identifying technical solutions for electronic, merchant, and packaged gas customers, including internal such as localization projects. By following and implementing Company's standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements, we carry out projects while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment Lead system design and project costing, review contractor/supplier bids, propose competitive alternatives, and assist procurement in negotiating the most competitive rates Phases that support the operation of a completed bottle transfer project, as appropriate assigned by management. Execute routine production of on-spec products in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner Manage production against supply and facilitate raw material/WIP material import and replenishment We ensure 100% on-time TransFill production and respond to customer questions, inquiries, and complaints in a timely manner Set production goals and targets and ensure they are met. Fix operational issues, improve processes, and improve proactive and reactive responses Monitor and optimize operating costs within approved budgets, manage overtime within limits. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities under delegated approval, and implement facility process improvements that demonstrate measurable improvements in efficiency and quality Work closely with contractors to track maintenance and ensure it is completed on time This includes installations at customer sites and decanting systems within Company's sites Participate in scheduled/corrective maintenance and incident calls and coordinate with maintenance contractors to resolve issues The Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in Gas and/or Chemical Industry preferred At least 5 years of experience in executing and managing projects Diploma in Engineering, Science, or any other related field Experience in Cryogenic Gas Services Mechanical & Technical competence in gas & cryogenic services Familiarity with static equipment, standards/specification viz. ASME, API, BS, NACE, etc. and industry practices Knowledge on the fundamentals of project management, front end engineering Experience in working on AUTOCADS, P&ID, controls, electrical systems Safety conscious, Project management and good communication skills Result-oriented, able to work independently, and as well as in a team environment under tight schedule Innovation and ability to adapt to changes Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
