Job Description

Purpose:

As a Digital Transformation Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and deploy digital technologies and automation solutions in a contract manufacturing environment.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

Support the execution of digital transformation initiatives that align with business goals and operational needs. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and automation tools using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to improve data visibility and streamline workflows. Integrate and manage data from multiple sources to enable accurate reporting, analytics, and decision-making aligned with strategic KPIs. Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, RPA, and cloud computing to enhance manufacturing and business processes. Develop software and hardware solutions using programming languages (Python, C#, Java, JavaScript) and technologies (PLC, IoT, RFID) to enable automation and system integration. Participate in full-cycle project implementation, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Collaborate with internal teams, corporate IT, and external vendors to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective digital solutions. Ensure digital solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with cybersecurity and data protection standards. Provide technical consulting, developer support, and user training to ensure successful adoption and effective use of digital tools and systems. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by actively contributing to digital initiatives and proposing enhancements based on business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Fresh Graduates welcome to apply. Strong understanding of digital technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, RPA, cloud computing, and cybersecurity is preferred. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power App, Power Automate and Microsoft Excel is an advantage. Proficient in SQL and Excel VBA is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts into business value. Experience in project execution, including documentation, testing, and user training. * Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant technical credentials are a plus.
