Lead and manage the E&I team to maintain site manufacturing equipment, utilities and facilities to ensure plant reliability and provide engineering and maintenance support in the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall in charge of Electrical & Instruments (E&I) and other related work activities.
Prepare work specifications and documentation for projects and upgrading work. Coordinate and check project activities from design to production stage for the electrical and instrumentation with PE/contractors.
Manage and monitoring of Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) work tasks. Support all preventive maintenance and corrective activities related to electrical and instrument system.
Coordinate PM activities with other departments.
Establish and maintain GMP documents and EHS document for executing project / modification work, and product change campaign.
Ensure work practises comply to current Good Manufacturing Practices, EHS requirement and local statutory codes.
Troubleshoot and improve E&I items for operation improvement.
Motivation & co-operation with team members.
Conduct training program and orientation to the new staff.
Provide advice and guidance on:
Plant configuration of production line for new /changing process.
Document control and update – P&ID, E&I document, plant building & etc.
Risk assessment and Improve safety awareness for team member.
Conditioned monitoring or predictive maintenance for equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Maintenance management role
Experiences in current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) environment (preferably Pharmaceutical)
Ability to prepare GMP related document.
Knowledge in Equipment Qualification based on GMP requirement
Familiar with local government code of practice and regulations
Team player with excellent communication skills.
