Description:
Responsibilities:
Design, interface, integrate and commission Environmental Control Systems (Fire Protection, Air and Water Filtration, HVAC and Thermal Management) for vehicle Perform system design, installation design and documentation throughout the design cycle. Perform sizing and selections of components to substantiate design Validate performance indicators such as thermal comfort, air quality and filtration capability of the systems in various operating conditions Perform failure analysis and present solutions to the customer Interact closely with engineers from other disciplines to achieve an optimised design within the stipulated project schedule Evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of ECS systems
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline Experience in system design and cradle-to-grave system engineering approach Knowledge in refrigeration cycle Experience with Computational Fluid Analysis (CFD) Possess good analytical skills and ability to communicate with customers at all level Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Can-Do attitude
