Our team has decades of experiences and proven track records of various green building ratings and simulations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, China, Hong Kong, Dubai, Algiers, and Jeddah. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Manage green building projects independently with minimal supervision.

• Prepare reports, presentations and project submissions.

• Search for materials, products, technical specification and cost.

• Conduct all necessary calculations and simulations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, ETTV/OTTV, energy simulation, wind simulation, daylight simulation, solar radiation simulation, etc.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, building owners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.

• Conducting physical walk through and detail measurement of the building related to ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort, etc, to analyse building system performance and propose improvement.

• Support marketing, sales, training, and administrative activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Engineering Degree (mechanical, electrical, building science).

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• Able to operate CAD software.

• Understanding of building systems particularly in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

• Understanding of Green Mark, LEED, GBI, Greenship, WELL, and other green rating system.

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Candidate with more experiences can be considered for senior position.
