JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Manage delivery green building certification projects independently with minimal supervision.

Prepare calculations for green building credit compliances such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, etc. and manage optimal and targeted credit compliance.

Prepare & review reports, products, materials, equipment, specifications and any other documents that can impact the Green Building Assessment and provide guidance on requirements for the projects before approval or procurement.

Prepare & review reports, products, materials, equipment, specifications and any other documents that will impact the Green Building Assessment and establish optimal requirement for the projects before approval or procurement.

Prepare and update specifications and Tender requirements for projects in line with targeted Green Building Certification levels.

Prepare technical reports and presentations for various project stakeholders.

Developing bespoke sustainability and net zero energy/carbon strategies for specific project.

Attend project/client meetings on a regular basis.

Coordinate and conduct workshops with multidisciplinary consultants, building owners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Architecture, mechanical, electrical, civil, building science etc.).

Minimum 5-6 years of working experience in ESD projects in relevant industry.

Proven track record of leading Green Buildings certification projects (Green Mark Platinum/SLE or LEED Platinum Level will be appreciated).

Professional Green Building Accreditations in Green Mark, LEED, WELL, GBI, Living Future etc.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Able to review, understand and interpret design and construction documentation, including floor plans, engineering schematics and schedules, specifications, shop drawings and operating sequences.

Able to operate CAD software, Revit, IES VE etc.
