Work hours:0830 hrs - 1715 hrs (Mon -Thurs)0830 hrs - 1645 hrs (Fri)\xe2\x9c\x94 Company bus from Jurong East MRT\xe2\x9c\x94 AWS + VB!!\xe2\x9c\x94 Permanent role!Responsibilities:

• Key Person in Charge of the following Facility Systems such as Centralized Water-cooled and Air-cooled air-conditioning system, ACMV, Compressed Dry Air with Dryer, Deionized Water, Wastewater treatment, glycerin water, Process Cooling Water, Exhaust Fan, Gaseous and Electrical Distribution System
• Perform minor repair and rectification works on above mentioned facility systems and equipment
• Lead the team in performing day to day rectifications works, routine maintenance works and addition and alteration works
• Liaise with contractors on rectification works, routine maintenance works and addition and alteration works
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) work as per schedule
• Ensure works are properly executed and completed according to requirements and schedule
• Perform monthly utilities meter reading
• Prepare breakdown/incident reports
• Perform inspection on building services (plumbing & sanitary, doors, toilets, security systems and etc) and follow up with contractors to perform rectification works

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering / Facilities Management or equivalent
• At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience is required
• Knowledge of principles and practices of facility system and engineering
• Effective communication and coordination with contractors and staff in different functions
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong spirit of collaboration and team work
