Responsibilities:
- Perform Human Factors Engineering (HFE) analysis and layout studies
- Provide HFE support to project teams
- Carry out human modelling software analysis
- Prepare HFE trial plans, conduct trials and prepare and present trial reports
- Conduct research and assessment in cognitive ergonomics, human factors and VR systems
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Human Factors Engineering
- Relevant Diploma, Degree or Certificates in Human Factors or Ergonomics
- Basic human factors and ergonomics background
- Good presentation skills and report writing skills
- Good teamwork and coordination with various sub-system engineers
- Able to engage users and customers effectively
