• Accountable for the safe operations, plan, schedule and organisation of all PM/CM/PdM at ENGIE

sites under O&M management. * Responsible to work with OEMs and clients to perform troubleshooting and repair equipment,redesign and improve the equipment for better capability and performance. * Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of equipment status and performance and alignmentwith back office support. * Act as lead in all measuring and data acqusition works and discussions in performanceimprovement projects. * Responisble to lead, keep track and replenish of spare part and inventory usage to maintain sparepart / inventory control. * Actively participate in, compile and furnish Root Cause Failure Analysis and ensure action followupto prevent recurrence of breakdowns. * Conduct on-the-job training and assessment for new technicians and complete all requiredcertification forms as and when required by the company. * Prepare, compile, review and revise SOP, OJT, JHA, cause & effect diagram and other trainingmaterials when needed. * Responsible for the ontime invoicing of bills to clients and to address any request for reviews fromthe clients with regards to invoicing and billings. * Ensure timely monthly reports for management review and discussions.Requirement:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering - Electrical/Mechnical/Chemical Process
• Worked in a manufacturing or industrial site for minimum 3 years.
• Good safety records and able to work independently
• Good knowledge in machinery, equipment or controls systems
• Demonstrate good trouble shooting and analytical skills Independently.
• Proficient in English and communication skills.
• Good presentation and leadership skill.
• Driven with strong commitment for success.
