Job Description

Lead the full lifecycle of projects from initiation, planning, execution, through to closure. Develop, manage and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources. Work with contract vendors to provide quotations and work proposals to FMM Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including cross-functional teams. Ensure all deliverables meet contract standards and stakeholder expectations. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report progress, variances, and status to senior management. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using formal change control processes. Ensure documentation is maintained (plans, minutes, reports, lessons learned). Promote continuous improvement in project management practices. Manage and oversee ad hoc renovation/improvement works
