Responsibilities
Lead and manage mechanical and electrical engineering design and execution for building and infrastructure projects.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise M&E works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Review and approve drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
Monitor site progress, quality, and safety for M&E works.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve design and technical issues.
Support project planning, cost estimation, and resource management.
Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and client approvals.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure high performance and technical quality.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as an M&E Engineer or Manager in building or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, and building services coordination.
Proficient in relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM, or equivalent).
