Our client, a technology intensive company geared to deliver state-of-the-art solutions in areas of integrated smart building systems, system applications, product development, Internet/Intranet applications and IoT (Internet of things) solutions and one of the leading manufacturer in Singapore for building automation products, is expanding. Responsibilities:

Proficient in preparing comprehensive technical documentation such as control strategies, control diagrams, system write-ups, and System Interface Control Documents (SICDs). Experienced in delivering technical presentations to consultants and clients, effectively communicating complex engineering concepts. Well-versed in interpreting technical specification documents and providing compliant, purpose-driven engineering solutions. Responsible for executing key duties in the Engineering Lead role, including: Designing Building Management Systems (BMS) Designing Security Systems Planning and scheduling of engineering activities Planning for testing and commissioning phases Provides technical expertise and guidance to subordinates, offers ongoing engineering support, attends technical meetings, and conducts system presentations to fulfill project requirements.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an Application Engineer role

Proficient in DDC and PLC programming

Hands-on experience with SCADA software and solid understanding of Industrial Control Systems and Building Management Systems (BMS)

Familiar with software solutions related to the following systems:

Building Management System (BMS) Energy Management System (EMS) Maintenance Management System (MMS) Alarm Notification System Crystal Reports for system reporting and data visualization
Candidates with experience in PLCs, HMIs, I/Os, VFDs, and AC Servo systems within the Control and Automation domain are encouraged to apply.
