Brief : The Senior Product Applications Engineer is responsible for the development, evaluation, and support of customer application solutions in the PCTL Group focusing on Sigma Delta Converters (SDC) Technology.
Key Responsibilities:

• He/She will drive customer engagement activities, understand the different challenges or needs and work within a cross-discipline team in the development of innovative new product or system solution.

• He/She will provide technical support for customer issues via phone, email, or the EngineerZone Precision ADC community.

• He/She will generate collaterals such as evaluation hardware, software, tools, application notes, technical publications, product datasheets, and other relevant collaterals to promote awareness and ease of use of our products.

• He/She will conduct technical training for field personnel and customers on product or application specific topic.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Electronics or Electrical Engineering. MS units in related engineering field is an advantage
• At least 5 years relevant working experience
• Strong fundamental knowledge in core electronics, both analog and digital domains

• Familiarity in Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) and its specifications
• Familiarity with simulation tools (LTSpice, Multisim, MATLAB) is an advantage
• Experience in schematic and layout design of a data acquisition system is an advantage
• Effectively solve complex problems, debug systems and replicate/deliver solutions on bench is an advantage
• Knowledge in embedded microcontrollers, and/or FPGA is an advantage
• Programming experience in C, Python, and LabVIEW is an advantage

• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written, are a key requirement

• With a professional self-driven manner, and be able to effectively work with a cross functional, and global team
