In your new role you will: * Execute and meet on time delivery commitment towards internal and external customers while optimizing Overall Equipment Efficiency * Proactively involve in operational support and drive improvements In your new role you will: Execute and meet on time delivery commitment towards internal and external customers while optimizing Overall Equipment Efficiency Proactively involve in operational support and drive improvements in key areas on WIP flow and Cycle time management Perform gap analysis, highlight issues and seek support for potential risks on meeting key performance indicators Close interface with Production, Equipment Engineering, Demand Planning, Industrial Engineering, and Factory Integration teams to ensure production capacity is optimized Development of leading indicators through visual analytics and data mining to support production Projects: 'BIC Cycle-time' 'Predictive WIP Model' Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management with 1-3 years experience in production scheduling and dispatching preferably within semiconductor industry Highly skilled in data mining and project management Knowledge of Production Management such as FIFO, LIFO, Kanban and Lean Manufacturing concepts Possess strong presentation and problem-solving skills Comfortable with the use of Microsoft office is a must Strong passion for data analysis and analytics using advanced tools Proficient in Business Objects, Tableau and VBA programming skills will be an advantage Benefits What we offer you in Singapore Singapore is our regional headquarter for Asia-Pacific and consists of production, research & development, sales & marketing, supply chain and many central functions.
