- Regular review of standard work processes and develop automation projects using IT tools to improve operation efficiency.
- Review and streamline current IT process with vendors or consultant.
- Work with vendors or consultant to resolve IT systems issues
- Handle future upgrade of the current operating and inventory management system, customer portal and automation projects.
- Handle airline customer’s request on component requirements.
- Work with engineering team to recommend modifications and upgrades to improve component reliability.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology
- Knowledge in IT and continuous improvement tools will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Independent, resourceful and self-motivated
