The role
The Candidate is required to meet project timeline and profitability, resolve various challenges on site and be involved primarily in project post-sales activities and provide assistance during pre-sales stage when needed.
Key accountabilities

• Overall project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors e.g. Consultants and Sub- Contractors/Suppliers.
• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on-site to meet targets.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.
• Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to projects\xe2\x80\x99 scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Responsible for all construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Report and escalate to Management as needed.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
• Able to work on weekend as needed.

• Preferably a Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Engineering
• 3 - 5 years of relevant job experience in similar fields
• Solid technical knowledge related to ELV works and telecommunication infrastructure
• Strong interpersonal, customer management and communication skills
• Knowledge of CAD
• A good team player with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
