Engineer (projects & Internal Sales)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle sales inquiries and generate proposals to customers
- Assist the External Sales Engineers in all enquiries, proposals, quotations, site visits, technical meetings etc.
- Assist the Technical Support Engineer as the main liaison between the sales team and the service team for quotation, service warranty etc.
- Provide pre/post-technical support to our customers.
- Follow-up with customers closely for potential orders.
- Procurement of materials for assigned Projects and Tenders.
- In charge of updating customer data and creating reference lists.
- Proactively promotes products and service solutions by utilizing marketing programs and leveraging field resources.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Meticulous, self-motivated, positive working attitude and multitasking
- Salary will vary according to knowledge and working experience
- Possessing a driving license would be advantageous (Class 2/B/A or 3)
