You will be responsible for Quality control for Facilities and Fab use - UPW, Chemicals, wafers, Fab Environment and Incoming quality check of materials.What you will be working on:\xc2\xb7 Liaise and support fab engineering modules on requirements for ad-hoc requests\xc2\xb7 Communicate to end user and follow up for OOC/OOS issues\xc2\xb7 Manage, maintain and verify functionality of equipment and perform troubleshoot where required\xc2\xb7 Responsible and accountable for work quality and integrity in all assigned tasks\xc2\xb7 Participate in continuous improvement programs/ initiate action for continuous improvement in work processes, safety and quality standards\xc2\xb7 To monitor and improve the performance of analytical tools and methods for analysis\xc2\xb7 Responsible for safety and housekeeping of Lab work areas and environment\xc2\xb7 Update in meetings for Pre alert/ Out of control/ shutdown cases\xc2\xb7 Update and maintain documents for Lab operation and analytical tools\xc2\xb7 Update and reporting of lab operation and issues\xc2\xb7 In charge of arrangement for Lab manpower\xc2\xb7 Internal audit of labMore about you:\xc2\xb7 Degree in Chemistry/ Material Science or equivalent\xc2\xb7 1- 3 year experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, Chemical Lab or/ and quality related experience preferred\xc2\xb7 Basic to intermediate knowledge of analytical techniques\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Win Word, Powerpoint, Tableau and Excel VBA\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of requirements IATF16949, ISO17025, ISO 14000, OSHA 18000 will be an added advantageSSMC is committed to equal employment opportunities and abides by the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP).
