Prepare bill of quantites which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating materials and labour cost used in the tendering
Responsible for the Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration
Ensure all claims be submitted and certified on time
Source and compile quotation and prepare cost analysis and resolve dispute quantites
Liaison with contractors, clients, sub-contractors, relevant authorities during the entire project phase
Attending meeting on-site, co-ordinating between administrative and site operations
Any other related ad-hoc duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience, preference in metal industry with AutoCad experience
Good communication skills, organizations skills and with multi-tasking abilities
Have positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
Basic knowledge of quantity surveying, construction work is required
Teamwork (ability and willingness to work with all levels of organisation)
* Able to commence within short notice
