Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions.
Evaluate project variations and manage cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee electrical works, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Support project team in technical and contractual matters.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in construction or M&E projects.
Strong knowledge of cost control, tendering procedures, and project management.
Familiar with Singapore construction industry standards and codes.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant QS/engineering software.
